Optime Transportation was built on family, hard work, and a commitment to providing dependable, professional transportation throughout Arizona. What began with one driver has grown into a team dedicated to making every ride, airport transfer, wedding, corporate event, and group outing run smoothly from beginning to end.
Timothy Newman | Founder
Timothy is the founder of Optime Transportation and the heart behind the company. A first-generation immigrant and refugee from Vietnam, Timothy grew up in Arizona and began his professional driving career in 2002.
After working for Triple A before its acquisition by Yellow Cab, Timothy took the leap into entrepreneurship in 2005. His years of experience, work ethic, and commitment to taking care of his clients laid the foundation for what Optime Transportation is today. Over the years, several members of his family have joined the business and helped carry his vision forward.
Stephanie
Head of Operations
Stephanie, Timothy's eldest daughter, serves as Head of Operations and oversees the day-to-day coordination behind Optime Transportation.
With nearly a decade of experience in private transportation, Stephanie manages scheduling, reservations, weddings, corporate transportation, group movements, affiliate relationships, and large-scale events.
From the first inquiry to the final drop-off, she works behind the scenes to ensure every detail is coordinated and every client receives the level of service Optime is known for.
Jace
Vehicle Maintenance Manager
Jace, Timothy's son-in-law and Stephanie's husband, serves as Optime's Vehicle Maintenance Manager.
An Arizona native with a strong attention to detail, Jace oversees the care and upkeep of Optime's growing fleet. He works to ensure our vehicles are maintained, prepared, and ready to provide the safe, clean, and dependable experience our clients expect.
Tay | Driver Relations & Training Manager
Tay, Timothy's niece, serves as Optime's Driver Relations & Training Manager. As an experienced chauffeur and trusted member of the team, she understands firsthand what it takes to provide professional, attentive service on the road.
Tay works closely with Optime's chauffeurs, helping with training, service standards, driver communication, and ongoing support. Her role helps ensure that every chauffeur representing Optime understands the professionalism, safety, and level of care expected with every trip.
